According to Reddit, a woman has left a scathing Yelp its consideration of Broadway Oyster Bar in St. Louis, where she was planning on having her birthday dinner and not a conniption fit.
But she claims that her reservation wasn’t honored, her party hadto wait over an hour, and the restaurant was unable to accommodate seating for extra guests who showed up late.
Clearly unhappy with the service, she took to Yelp and vowed to never return, including the hashtag ” #missedopportunities” and throwing the blamed on society.
We’re only getting started, as the owner of the place was NOT going to have his oysters disrespected and busted out some “alternative facts” in response.
Wait…nope, we’re not done yet.
The customer went back and updated her review in response to the response from the owner and yes, she’s still mad.
Throwing Jon” Bar Rescue” Taffer in her follow-up Yelp review was a nice touch. But I’m thinking this place is doing okay without his help, considering she wasn’t able to get a table for two hours.
