The Definitive Recipe for Spaghetti Carbonara

If I have onefood weakness, its definitely pasta. I love all kinds of pasta, from spaghetti to rigatoni to macaroni, and I can eat it with any kind of sauce.

But a favorite of mine has always been spaghetti Carbonara. It has almost every savory food I love: eggs, bacon, and of course, cheese. Its such a classic selection, Im astounded I never knew how to make it…until now! And this recipe isso simple and delicious that Im fretted I won’t be allowed to resistmaking itevery night! Its one of those dishes you can easily make just for yourself, or for a whole dinner party. If you want to set a twist on this traditional recipe, try them in muffin kind! Ingredients:

1 lb. spaghetti 1 Tbsp. olive oil 8 slices of bacon, diced 1 Tbsp. olive oil 1 onion, chopped 1 cleave of garlic, minced 1/4 beaker dry white wine( optional) 4 eggs 1/2 beaker grated Parmesan cheese Salt and black pepper to savour 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
